“Success is built on making the most of the opportunities presented. Too often people focus on what they do not have. One should recognize problems but use one’s resources to maximize the available potentials and possibilities. Through its education and health services, EHFA provides opportunities to achieve this goal”.

“Education and health share a very unique relationship in today’s society. People tend to value one or the other but never correlate or associate the two. Studies have shown that more education leads to better health. The more you work the mind through reading and learning new things the less likely you allow stress to take course. Stress normally leads to other issues like diabetes and heart attacks. So if you want to increase your quality of life while reducing the chances of diseases, whether chronic or viral, explore and challenge your mind’s capacity through learning”.
